⚠️ Item 1 — your landlord is a company

A company has no personal ID card, so Immigration accepts this substitution for the "owner ID card" line:
  1. Certified DBD company affidavit (หนังสือรับรอง), issued within ~6 months.
  2. Copy of the authorized director's passport, signed by that director (Doron Zin or Ido Amando — one is enough).
